If you own a home in the Orlando area, Gloria Home Staging can serve you! We provide home staging services for those seeking to sell their homes, for real estate professionals, and for those who want their homes to feel like home. We specialize in using what you have and staying within your budget.

All our services start with an Interview. We will meet with you to introduce ourselves and to discuss your goals and expectations, and how home staging can help you get the largest return for your home-improvement investment. Then we will give you a proposal based on how much work the home will require to appeal the most to a broad range of potential buyers.

If you are a home-seller, we will look at your home as potential buyers will, and consider the first impressions they will have of each room. We will show you the difference home staging makes by quickly transforming a room of your home, if we have time, and giving you the photos to use as you market your home. We will end with a proposal based on how much work the home needs to sell quickly and for the highest price, as well as give you a book of ideas to help you stay organized throughout the selling process.

We have a range of services to offer, which we can easily adapt to fit any home or budget. For occupied homes, they range from a “Walk & Talk” Staging Consultation, in which we walk through the home with you, advising you of steps you can take to prepare the home for the market, to Half or Whole Days of Home Staging, where we transform the main areas of your home for you. If necessary, we will bring in accessories for you to purchase or rent during the marketing time. (Or we can do the shopping for you!) If your home is vacant, we have both Full Vacant Home Staging and Light Staging services available. Prices vary with the size of the home. With any staging service, we will also take great photos for you to use as you market your home.

Realtors, we can help you serve your clients. We have special packages available to you which will help you provide staging services for your clients, decreasing the time the home is on the market and reducing stress and expense for all involved.
